With our great selections of buffets or sit-down dinners we can accommodate any theme party or corporate event. You may be certain that we will spare no effort to please you and make your function outstanding and successful in every way. Our private room is perfect for any event, from a business breakfast demonstration for eight to a cocktail party for 120!
Our banquet room is handicapped accessible and can accommodate a maximum of 85 guests for seated or buffet meals. 120 guests for standing cocktail. Minimums for our space are $500 for weekday lunch, $1500 for evening and weekend events, excluding service and room fee. We can also accommodate large parties in our dining room.
*Our events include linens, access to your space for set-up up to an hour prior, custom décor based on event, access to Wifi, free screen access, custom music options and an event host for the duration of your booking and event. A signed contract and $100 non-refundable room fee will be charged at the time of booking to hold your space.
*Final bill is due in full at the conclusion of your event, we take all major credit card.
* Guests can come in one hour prior to event.
*Audio-visual television available for your use. Guests must supply own computer.
*Parties are required to order off the banquet menu. Tyler’s Bar and Grill weekly specials (including happy hour) are not extended to our events.

Event Information
Final menu selection is required the week before your event is scheduled along with a final guest count. All charges are based on the final guest count, or the actual number of attending guests, whichever is greater.
Bar Options and Gratuities
There is a $50 Bar Set-up Fee that applies to all bar options. We offer several open bar packages, as well as a cash bar option.
An 20% Service Charge will be added to all food and beverage charges, excluding cash bars.
Payment Procedures
The final bill will be presented at the conclusion of your event. Tyler’s accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Cash or check payments.
Decorations and Special Arrangements
Guests may decorate the room prior to the event. Unfortunately we cannot allow push pins, tape, tacks, or confetti to be used. Your banquet coordinator can make arrangements to store any cakes or specialty floral arrangements in a refrigerated area.
An audio visual system is available for use. A laptop computer is required if you are interested in making a presentation or have special music you would like to play.
